**About the Role**:
As the General Manager and Integrator of a small engineering firm, you will be a key leader responsible for executing the business plan and ensuring the company's profitability and growth. The General Manager responsibilities will include oversight on Finance, Business Development, Human Resources, Information Technology, Operations, and administrative processes. Your role as the EOS Integrator will involve integrating all major operating functions, resolving issues effectively, maintaining consistent adherence to core processes, and collaborating closely with the founder? President? and Visionary to translate their ideas into actionable plans. Additionally, you will be accountable for effective communication, team unity, and achieving agreed-upon commitments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- I. Visionary Collaboration and Idea Translation (15%)_
- Collaborate effectively with the Visionary, staying on the same page and harnessing their unique contributions and ideas.
- Filter and translate visionary ideas into practical and functional plans for the company.
- Develop and deliver the strategic and operating plans in support of the Visionary.
- Maintain a high level of mutual respect with the Visionary and serve as the tiebreaker to keep things moving.
- II. Business Plan Execution (25%)_
- Faithfully execute the business plan, ensuring the achievement or surpassing of planned Profit & Loss (P&L) objectives.
- Maintain a relentless focus on values alignment, simplicity, and clarity to drive the company's success.
- Demonstrate effective project management skills to ensure efficient execution of initiatives.
- III. Leadership Team Management (30%)_
- Lead, manage, and hold the leadership team accountable for delivering on agreed-upon commitments.
- Foster a healthy, functional, and cohesive leadership team by resolving conflicts in a practical and constructive manner.
- Harmoniously integrate the leadership team and ensure everyone is aligned and working towards the greater good of the business.

IV. Company Operating System and Communication (30%)
- Ensure consistent adherence to the company's core processes and operating system across all functions, including Finance, Human Resources, IT, Operations, Business Development and Administration.
- Cascade key messages effectively throughout the organization, maintaining a high level of communication and ensuring everyone is informed.
- Act as the "glue" that holds everything together, removing obstacles and barriers to facilitate smooth operations.

**KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)**:

- Achievement of planned P&L objectives.
- Alignment and commitment of the leadership team.
- Consistent adherence to the company's core processes and operating system.
- Effective communication and message cascading throughout the organization.
- Successful translation of visionary ideas into actionable plans.

**About You**:

- Experience and expertise in a general manager role, with responsibilities for multiple departments
- Experience and expertise in an Integrator role for a small to mid-sized company
- Previous experience in an EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- You possess exceptional clarity, communication, and resolution skills to effectively address issues and conflicts.
- Demonstrated focus, accountability, and follow-through in previous leadership roles.
- You excel at prioritization, execution, and maintaining a steady force and consistency within the organization.
- The ability to integrate and harmonize the leadership team while holding them accountable is a strength.
- You have a track record of achieving P&L results and executing business plans.
- You are a collaborative and adaptable professional who can work closely with the Visionary, translating their ideas into actionable strategies.
- Your attention to detail, ability to remove obstacles, and talent for maintaining team unity make you a valuable "glue" for the organization.
