**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist clients and visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
- Answer phone calls, providing information and directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
- Collaborate closely with the immigration department to ensure smooth processes and timely completion of documentation
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and submission of immigration-related paperwork
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and well-organized front desk area
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar, including coordinating immigration-related appointments
- Provide administrative support to various departments, with a specific focus on assisting the immigration department
- Work closely with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for immigration processes
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and documentation related to immigration procedures
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures, particularly those related to immigration regulations

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
