We focus our business on the design and installation of residential and commercial solar projects, energy storage, Tesla Powerwall installation, electric vehicle (EV) chargers, off-grid solar, as well as general electrical services.

**What do we require**:

- PMP designation (or working towards)
- 5+ years Management experience
- Experienced working with CRMs
- Journeyperson Electrical ticket
- Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills

**What would be nice for you to have?**
- Related Diploma, Degree, or Certificate in a Business or technical discipline
- Red or Blue seal Journeyperson electrician ticket
- Familiarity with the solar energy industry in Alberta/BC
- Residential building knowledge
- Electrical knowledge

**Job Duties include but are not limited to.**
- Lead the full lifecycle management of renewable energy projects, from initiation to closeout.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project duration.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure effective resource allocation and timely project delivery.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, provide progress updates, and address any project-related concerns.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical documentation.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to renewable energy project management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
