**We are seeking a Home Child Care Recruiter**:
The **Home Child Care Recruiter** is committed to eliminating barriers to accessing affordable, flexible, inclusive, and neighbourhood-based licensed child care, accelerating development and creating a lasting impact in our community for child care needs. The ongoing recruitment for growing our prospective communities requires a creative approach, while understanding the local needs and strengths of communities we serve; Hamilton, Halton, Haldimand/Norfolk and Oxford County.

The **Home Child Care Recruiter** will:

- Preferably have a post-secondary education in Business or equivalent (i.e., Marketing, Administration etc.) and have experience in job development/recruitment;
- Have demonstrated experience working with mission-driven organizations within the not-for-profit sector (i.e. Community Outreach, Fundraising, Events, etc);
- Have experience marketing the value of programs or services within various community contexts to diverse audiences;
- Be enthusiastic about building meaningful and strategic relationships with various stakeholders, community organizations, and prospective Licensed Home Child Care Educators;
- Possess a keen interest in the impact of Early Childhood Education on healthy development of children and families in the communities we serve.

We are currently looking for a **Home Child Care Recruiter **to fill our full time, 37.5 hour per week permanent position located at our Head Office; 44 Greendale Drive, Hamilton.

**Job Type**: Full time, 37.5 hours Permanent

**Salary**: $30.35/hour

Start Date: August 2023

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
