**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs and preferences. Guide them through the furniture selection process with expert knowledge and a friendly approach.
- **Design Consultation**: Collaborate with customers to envision and create customized furniture solutions that align with their lifestyle and aesthetic preferences.
- **Sales Excellence**: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication, product knowledge, and a passion for transforming spaces.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with our product line, features, and benefits. Be a product expert to assist customers in making informed decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in furniture sales or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

- Retail Sales: 3 years (required)
