**Fresenius Kabi Canada is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Infusion and Nutrition Technology team**

**The Impact You Will Make**:
The Account Manager is responsible for executing the infusion technology sales process for the assigned region(s) to develop relationships with key leaders, senior management, stakeholders and clinicians in healthcare organizations and to implement and manage processes that address and support the unique requirements of each customer to increase customer loyalty.

The Account Manager position requires an expertise and knowledge of company products, exceptional customer focus and the ability to achieve growth and sales objective targets.
- Works closely with Infusion and Nutrition Systems leadership, Clinical Support and Marketing to execute sales strategy and meet defined targets
- Sets goals and priorities for the region
- Develops annual account plans with tactical priorities in conjunction with BU leadership
- Executes account plans ensuring ongoing understanding of overall customers’ financial strategies and constraints and drives initiatives with process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty with measurable operational and cost efficiencies
- Plans and facilitates projects that meet contract requirements and builds trusting partnerships to develop reference centers
- Navigates and works at all hospital levels from clinicians, pharmacy, biomedical engineering, IT, procurement, to senior management
- Identifies, establishes, and develops relationships with key clinical and non-clinical decisionmakers to support Company product lines
- Provides detailing, clinical support and product promotion to designated healthcare professionals and/or product affiliated organizations
- Provides relevant presentations to healthcare professionals and other key decision-makers as appropriate
- Analyzes utilization of consumables to forecast, reports on variances and addresses accordingly
- Provides timely and accurate follow-up for customers’ concerns, questions and product complaints
- Facilitates preparation of monthly customer facing product complaint report
- Manages the delivery schedules of ordered goods with the customer and supply chain
- Coordinates and manages regular quarterly customer business review meetings
- Identifies emerging trends, evaluates regional opportunities, and develops actionable plans that address the most suitable opportunities
- Prepares reports as requested by Infusion & Nutrition Systems management
- Analyzes sales figures to budget or forecast, reports on variances
- Adjusts sales focus and sales message based on analysis to attain sales goals
- Participates in tender responses that follow and exceed industry best practices
- Participates in planning and implementing of pre and post-launch activities and projects
- Participates in product marketing promotion including conference and forum organization with support of the Senior Product Manager and other representatives
- Travels as required to collaborate with sales presentations and/or product implementation strategies

**What You’ll Bring**
- _ Knowledge & Experience._ You possess an undergraduate degree in health sciences or business. You have a minimum of two years customer-facing experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, or clinical experience. Prior experience in a hospital setting, healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
