Canada Immigration Services is a leading Immigration firm in Canada. Our service portfolio includes various options for immigrants who are planning to visit, study, work and settle down in Canada.

**What you will do**:
As a member of the Toronto team, the Immigration Case Processor, under the directions of the Head of Case Management, will perform the following duties:

- ** Information Collection**:

- Answer telephone inquiries pursuant to program procedures.
- **
Case Management**:

- Screen, assess and evaluate client needs and determine eligibility for immigration benefits and program services.
- Collect documentation in line with document checklists prepared by CIE and/or IRCC/Service Canada/Provincial Immigration bodies.
- Complete immigration forms for assigned cases based on client eligibility using required software and attaching all necessary documentation in proper order.
- Maintain accurate, complete and confidential case files, both electronic and hard copy.

Ancillary Activities**:

- Translate documents (unofficial) in Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese.
- Take photographs.
- Client Management Excel Sheet Maintenance and Updates.

- Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and research skills.
- Detail oriented and the ability to work efficiently independently with little to no supervision.
