**In this role you will**:

- In collaboration with the Producer and Directors, lead the team in developing the game while respecting the framework, deadlines and budget defined by the business objectives;
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the team while maintaining a close communication with the game stakeholders to ensure that sprint objectives, milestones and deadlines are met;
- Develop workflows and pipelines with the Project Managers, to facilitate interaction between & within different teams.
- Improving and evolving our processes, methods, and practices.
- Work closely with the Producer and other stakeholders to identify sprint objectives and the key Milestone goals for the game;
- Convert short and long-term development plans into concrete actions for all disciplines - artistic, design, technical, QA, etc.;
- Perform risk analyzes on a regular basis and contribute to developing mitigation plans to ensure successful development;
- Participate in hiring process, conduct 1:1’s and establish staff development plans where applicable;
- As applicable, collaborate in managing relations with third parties (suppliers, partners, etc.);
- Engage, guide, and manage project managers so that they can achieve their goals.

**What we're looking for**:

- Have already developped of a game from pre-production to its launch as an Associate Producer;
- 3 years of relevant experience as a manager in the entertainment industry;
- Understand in depth project management and software development methodologies;
- Strong organizational and analytical skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
**Dans ce rôle vous devrez**:

- En collaboration avec le producteur et les réalisateurs, diriger l'équipe dans le développement du jeu tout en respectant le cadre, les délais et le budget définis par les objectifs d'affaires;
- Gérer les opérations quotidiennes de l'équipe tout en maintenant une communication étroite avec les parties prenantes du jeu pour s'assurer que les objectifs du sprint, les jalons et les délais sont respectés;
- Supporter et travailler avec l’équipe de gestion de projet pour améliorer les processus et les méthodes de travail avec pour but de faciliter la communication au sein de, et entre les différentes équipes.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le producteur et les autres parties prenantes pour identifier les objectifs du sprint et les objectifs clés du jalon pour le jeu;
- Convertir les plans de développement à court et long terme en actions concrètes pour toutes les disciplines - artistique, design, technique, assurance qualité, etc.;
- Effectuer des analyses de risques sur une base régulière et contribuer à l'élaboration de plans d'atténuation pour assurer un développement réussi;
- Participer au processus de recrutement, mener des 1: 1 et établir des plans de développement du personnel le cas échéant;
- Le cas échéant, collaborer à la gestion des relations avec les tiers (fournisseurs, partenaires, etc.);
- Engager, guider et gérer les gestionnaires de projet afin qu'ils puissent atteindre leurs objectifs.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Avoir déjà développé un jeu de la pré-production à son lancement en tant que producteur associé;
- 3 ans d'expérience pertinente en tant que gestionnaire dans l'industrie du divertissement;
- Comprendre en profondeur les méthodologies de gestion de projet et de développement logiciel;
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et analytiques;
- Excellente communication écrite et verbale;
