Bugden Signs Limited is currently seeking a full-time sign installation technician to join our team. We are a locally owned, and operated sign company that has provide Newfoundland and Labrador with the highest quality products, and services for over 30 years. We design, manufacture, install, and service illuminated and non-illuminated signs including channel letters, canopies, cabinets, and pylon signs, as well as custom signage.

The sign industry is a very fast-paced environment, and requires a self-motivated, and hardworking individual to fill the position of sign technician. This is a full-time position and is available immediately. When necessary; you will be required to work extended hours and/or weekends. This work could include travel with overnights.

**Duties Include**:

- Diagnose and complete required service of existing illuminated & non-illuminated signs
- Installation and removal of existing and newly manufactured interior and exterior signage.
- Vinyl Graphic Application
- Work with hand and power tools
- Troubleshooting and maintaining of tools, equipment and company trucks
- Complete required paperwork including: JSA's (Job safety analysis forms), quality control forms, time tracking, and inspection forms.
- Understand and complete all tasks on service work orders
- Complete detailed technical surveys of future fabrication & installation projects
- Company liaison with customers on-site

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and drivers abstract
- Code of Conduct
- Comfortable with heights (Ladders, Bucket trucks & Cranes)
- Desire to work outside
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work well with a team, but also solve problems and find solutions independently.
- Perform heavy lifting when necessary.
- Strong verbal and written English
- *Experience in the sign industry would be an asset, but not required
- *Working knowledge of electrical, or electrical maintenance would be an asset, but not required
- *Certificates in First Aid, Fall Protection, Powerline Hazard, and/or WHMIS would be considered an asset, but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.50 per hour
