**Primary Role & Responsibilities**

**Primary Role**:
To achieve and exceed the objectives of enrolment to the capacity of the school programs annually.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Develops and documents a sales plan for recruiting qualified students for highlighted programs that can be duplicated in conjunction with marketing.
- Conducts sales calls (both initial and follow-up) to current database and referrals.
- Maintain the working relationship with signed agents and expand the recruitment network.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding established sales goals within a quarterly basis.
- Complete Student Application Forms with complete accurate information and assist students with payment and issuing relevant documents such as invoices, receipts and LOA.
