We are looking for:

- The Maintenance Planner who will have individual accountability for site HSE, Quality, Productivity, and Manufacturing Excellence objectives. This person will ensure all aspects/standards of the Responsible Care Safety Program are met.

We can count on you to:

- Scope and develop plans for corrective maintenance work to ensure resources required, job duration as well as components/tools are available to efficiently execute work.
- Create resource balanced weekly schedules for corrective maintenance work based on Gatekeeper prioritization.
- Ensure accurate daily schedule is distributed to key stakeholders.
- Fulfill Planner/Scheduler responsibilities of the work order management process including weekly WO preparation, closure and rescheduling/follow up WO generation.
- Create job plans including task lists and required components/tools for routine or shutdown maintenance work.
- Participate in the development of the work process improvement objectives and area improvement team goals
- Fill in for maintenance supervisor as required

You will bring:

- Trade certification (Millwright, Pipefitter, E&I)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance planning role
- Chemical plant experience is preferred
- Experience with using and working with a CMMS, working knowledge of SAP preferred
- Excellent communication and skills and detail oriented.
- Demonstrated planning and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Must have ability to lead and motivate teams
- Post-secondary education or trade certification
