**Position Overview**:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls - receive, direct and relay telephone/fax messages
- Work order management - Work order entry as it arrives from customer work order management systems
- Ensure the work orders are entered into the LFX log systems accordingly
- Work with territory managers and subcontractors obtaining approvals and ensuring information is updated
- Data entry - typing and general office duties as directed
- Miscellaneous duties as presented by Operations Managers
- Prepare service reports by collecting and analyzing client and sub-contractor information
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Work and understand software used by clients

- A high level communication skill over the telephone

- A decisive individual who possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation and detail-oriented perspective
- Diverse experiences in managing a range of administrative areas of responsibility
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
*Due to the seasonal nature of our business you may be required to work irregular hours in order to deliver the business objectives
