Cafe Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the work of the Counter Attendants to ensure efficient and timely service, as well as ensure a positive customer service atmosphere is provided for guests. As a Cafe Supervisor, you will contribute to Goodwill's mission by supporting the success of Edgar & Joes Café, helping create jobs and opportunities, and offer great food and customer service to the local community.

***What You Will Do**:

- Some administrative duties - filling out cash reports at end of day and completing bank deposits.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the cafe.
- Handling customer satisfaction concerns and complaints.
- Follow Goodwill’s Policies and Health & Safety guidelines.
- Contribute to teamwork with added activities.
- Adhering to and promoting use of the required uniform.
- Safe Food Handling Certification.
- Smart Serve Certification an asset for catering events.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Enthusiasm: excited to work with other people and teams.
- Flexibility: able to work at various times, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Any experience is welcome—we will help coach you to gain these workplace skills:

Communication: effectively speaking with and listening to team members and customers to create a positive workplace.
