**Summary**

We are seeking an a QA Inventory Manager to join our team. Reporting to the VP, Quality and Regulatory Affairs you will be responsible for various aspects of inventory control and receiving activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining a complete and current inventory of all cannabis products inventory and associated records.
- Performing weekly cycle counts to ensure accuracy within the inventory systems.
- Responsible for the preparation and organization of physical inventory.
- Help administer all incoming and outgoing shipments in conjunction with the Shipping and Receiving associate.
- Assist in preparation of monthly reports for Health Canada and CRA.
- Working with various departments to determine what product is needed for production.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining inventory, storage, cataloguing and other systems in accordance with company SOP's
- Responsible for inventory cycle counts to ensure proper inventory numbers.
- Assist in maintaining productivity, delivery reliability, safe storing practices, shipping schedules, and all other inventory objectives.
- Utilizing inventory management software as required
- Other duties as assigned Manager/Supervisor

**Experience / Education**
- 3+ years inventory, recordkeeping, or data entry experience.
- College or University education in supply chain management or related field of study an asset
- Strong computer skills required in Excel (i.e. filter, sort, formulas), with the ability to leverage technology to provide efficiency and accuracy.
- Experience with cannabis inventory an asset preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems is an asset.
- Ability to safety lift 50lbs.
- Able to provide a clear criminal record check.
