Responsibilities:
  • Provide critical reporting on inventory management to senior management, logistics, and merchandising teams.
  • Utilize replenishment tools to support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across various time frames, including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Release and monitor systemically generated purchase orders using SAP sales forecasts as primary inputs for the Flatbed Delivery Centre, ensuring truckload building requirements are met based on weight/cube and determining manual purchase quantities when required/approved.
  • Work with stores, PRO/CAM teams to understand upcoming demand within or outside supplier lead times and generate ad-hoc purchase orders into FDC.
  • Manage store and DC inventory exceptions (stock-out and excess), achieve turn and fill rate objectives, and ensure service level/in-stock targets for stores and DCs.
  • Communicate product status and updates to stores and DCs in a timely manner.
  • Liaise and support cross-functional teams, vendors, merchants, stores, and logistics to ensure the company meets performance targets.
