*Job Description:*

Blue Phorm Security is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Tactical Security Guard Floaters. As a proud member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch security coverage at various locations across Ontario, including event venues, clubs, construction sites, residential buildings, and neighborhood mobile patrol routes.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Respond promptly to last-minute security needs with a minimum of 72 hours' notice.
- Ensure the safety and security of the designated premises.
- Patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized access and potential security breaches.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and the public.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

*Requirements:*
- Valid Ontario security license.
- Reliable transportation to commute to different job sites.
- Dynamic availability to potentially work overnight shifts.
- Ability to adapt to different environments and situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
