**Essential Qualifications**:

- Minimum of two (2) years of security guard experience in Ontario
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, for effective communication and detailed report writing.
- Ability to respond to and de-escalate potentially violent situations.
- Physical capability to restrain individuals when necessary.
- Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering adherence to protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Champion the safety and security of clients, staff, and property.
- Masterful communication and crisis de-escalation.
- Uphold and enforce Star's esteemed ethics and boundary policies.
- Execute critical duties such as fire pickets, alarm response, elevator safety, and comprehensive report writing.
- Enforce legal standards, including the Criminal Code Violations and the Trespass to Property Act.

- Roster: Rotating continental shift (12-hour shifts, alternating two days on, two days off)

$19.00 - $20.00
