**About the Job**:
Reporting to the Director of Vancouver Operations, the Program Manager at Sorella will supervise and support front line staff as well as ensure effective program/service delivery consistent with Atira’s mission, vision. values, philosophy and mandate, as well as our legal, contractual, budgetary, regulatory and other requirements; and develop long-range program plans that meet Atira’s goals and objectives.

**Additional Requisites/Assets**:

- A minimum of five years of Managing experience in the Women’s sector or related field
- Lived expertise will be considered
- Master’s degree in social work or master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. Relevant undergrad degree with experience will be considered.
- NVCI Certification is required
- First Aid certification is required
- Covid-19 & annual Flu vaccinations are recommended
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a vehicle while on shift is required
