**Position Description**:

We are currently looking for a highly skilled, caring, and safety focused individual for our Team. Reporting to the General Superintendent, the Construction Site Administrator is responsible for the efficient and effective management of administrative tasks and processes at a construction site. This role ensures that all documentation, communication, and logístical operations run smoothly, supporting the construction team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

**Responsibility**:
Here’s What You’ll be Responsible for:

- Assist the Project Team with the day-to-day activities of the construction site.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, permits, plans, and reports.
- Ensure all site records are organized and easily accessible.
- Track and document daily activities, labor, equipment usage, and material deliveries.
- Coordinate and maintain current records of drawings and consultant revision notices.
- Prepare and maintain communications and documentation with head office and trading partners.
- Attend and participate construction site meetings, record the meeting minutes, and prepare the documents for distribution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for site inquiries and communication between contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Relay information and updates to relevant stakeholders promptly.
- Maintain inventory of required site materials and place orders in a timely manner.
- Adhere and uphold company Safety Procedures and policies to ensure a safe workplace.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a construction administrative role is an asset.
- Computer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English.

**Working Condition and Environment**:
Working Conditions and Environment:

- Primary work location on construction site.
- Working days are Monday to Friday, 8:30a.m.5:00p.m.
