Human Resources Manager

We seek a talented and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our group. A unique opportunity to provide support within a collection of small businesses and shared interests. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, training & development.

Monday - Friday with Flexible hours 30-40 hrs per week

**Responsibilities include but **are **not limited to**:

- Partner with leadership teams to understand business needs and develop HR strategies to support them.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance management, including performance evaluations, goal setting, and career development planning.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR processes are documented and adhered to.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs for new employees.
- Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

- An optimistic and engaging communication style

Fluency in Spanish is considered an asset for this position but is not a requirement.
