**Job Description Summary**:

Our Distribution team is growing, and we are looking for a detail-oriented Program Associate with strong communication skills to support various projects relating to supply chain process and system optimization.

Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, Process and System Optimization, you will contribute to process and system improvement projects and initiatives across Distribution, and support day-to-day troubleshooting and issue resolution activities. This role provides a great opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of business processes and cross-functional teams while developing your expertise within our ERP system (SAP).

Please note: this is a fixed term role spanning approximately 12 months with the potential for future permanent employment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist in updating and maintaining key processes, regulatory documents, and databases, including SAP system maintenance, troubleshooting and issue resolution for Distribution
- Provide daily support on SAP and integrated systems for the Distribution team in reporting, analyzing and resolving issues
- Participate in and contribute to End to End projects and process improvement initiatives
- Analyze and maintain distribution data to ensure master data accuracy
- Collaborate with business analysts in building, validating and deploying Distribution metrics
- Write standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions and work aids to support training and education within distribution
- Lead and/or participate in departmental change & continuous improvement programs

**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- ERP experience required, SAP highly preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a supply chain / distribution environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to work with Google Sheets or MS Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings and/or proposals
- Ability to represent and advocate for Distribution in cross departmental initiatives
- Ability to understand and contribute to IS technical conversations and reviews
- Post Secondary Education, preferably in a Supply Chain discipline
