Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Quality Control Specialist ensures that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes that will ensure our products meet or exceed customer expectations. You will work closely with our production and engineering teams to identify potential quality issues, investigate, and analyze these issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

**HERE ARE WHAT YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD BE IF YOU JOINED THE TEAM**:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes for manufacturing packaging machines.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify potential quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze quality data and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality control standards.
- Work with vendors to ensure that their products and components meet our quality standards.
- Train production and engineering teams on quality control procedures and processes.
- Investigate customer complaints and work with the appropriate teams to implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and track quality control metrics to ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations.

- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
- Experience with statistical process control and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
