This is a hybrid role: part teaching and part working in a client facing role as a client care representative (from your home office)

We are a fast-growing swim school that provides high-quality swimming lessons to people of all ages and abilities. We're on a mission to make swimming accessible to everyone and believe that everyone should learn how to swim. We're looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and reliable swim instructor and client care representative to join our team.

As a Swim Instructor and Client Care Representative, you'll be responsible for both teaching swimming lessons and providing excellent customer service to our clients. You'll work with a diverse group of clients, from beginners to advanced swimmers, and will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons that meet our high standards.

**Requirements**:

- We are looking for someone who is a confident and experienced swimmer with a strong understanding of swimming techniques, safety, and stroke mechanics.
- Previous experience teaching swimming lessons, preferably to a variety of age groups and skill levels, would be highly valued.
- Comfort with technology and excellent written and verbal communication skills are important.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently are key, as well as being a friendly and positive person who enjoys working with people and helping them achieve their goals.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Current National Lifeguard Certification or Bronze Cross Certification - A MUST HAVE
- Current Standard First Aid with CPR / AED level C - A MUST HAVE
- Lifesaving Instructor is preferred
