We are seeking an extraordinary Swim Instructor to join our swim program in Kingston. As the Swim Instructor, you will responsible for delivering exceptional lessons, and ensuring a fantastic swimming experience for all.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and facilitate engaging swimming lessons for students of all ages (both kids and adults) and skill levels
- Bring your expertise to the pool deck and demonstrate impeccable swimming techniques and strokes with style and finesse.
- Follow and implement our innovative lesson plans that make a splash with our students and keep them hooked on swimming.
- Ensure a safe and secure swimming environment by maintaining constant vigilance and enforcing our water safety protocols.
- Create a positive and lively atmosphere that encourages laughter, and a love for swimming.
- Keep track of student progress, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate milestones as they master new swimming skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid certification in CPR-C, Standard First Aid, and National Lifeguard Certificate.
- Show off your swimming power with previous experience as a swim instructor, leading the way with your exceptional teaching skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students of all ages.
- Proficiency in a wide range of strokes and swimming techniques.
- Professionalism, reliability, and punctuality, always ready to make a big splash.
