**What You’ll Do as the Sales Associate**:

- Acquire new customers with provided leads.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and recommend suitable solutions through face-to-face sales.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Assess customer needs and provide information on product features.
- Stay informed about our products and discuss available options.
- Deliver excellent customer service while consistently meeting the client’s sales goals.

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- 1-2 years of experience in Sales Support, Hospitality, or Customer Service is an asset.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and energetic personality with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints effectively.
- Sales, Sales Advisor, Sales Associate, BDR, Business Development Representative, Telus Rep_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $800.00-$1,200.00 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
