We are involved with specialty products that range from commercial plumbing and heating to steam systems. We act as a Manufacturer’s Sales Representative in the Province of B.C and Yukon Territory. Including a market related information source of key brands.

**Responsibilities & Qualifications**:

- Ship, receive and record the movement of parts, supplies, materials, equipment and stock to and from our business
- Determine method of shipment and arrange shipping; prepare bills of lading, recording serial numbers, customs forms, invoices and other shipping documents manually or by computer
- Must be customer focused and provide excellent customer service to customers by phone or picking up orders
- Giving customers basic information on products (on hand stock levels and pricing)
- Assemble containers and crates, record contents manually or by computer, pack product to be shipped and affix identifying information and shipping instructions
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents and record shortages
- Unpack and route goods to appropriate storage areas
- Unload trucks, operate forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store goods.
- Organize and pick orders to be shipped by freight or courier companies
- Assist with call in orders
- Process shipments, print waybills and labels for attaching to product
- File copies of packing slips in records
- Ordering shipping supplies and stock from factories as required for warehouse
- Work with the Sales Representatives to process orders in a timely matter
- Take phone messages from customers when other staff is preoccupied
- Assist with inventory counts
- Ability to lift weights of up to 48 lbs
- Perform general housekeeping tasks within the shipping & receiving area
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Good attention to details, able to follow policies/procedures and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to the safety of self and others
- Standard math and basic computer skills
- Sound judgment and decision-making ability
- Perform other duties as assigned
