**Job Overview**: We are looking for a detail-oriented Catering Coordinator to join our team. This role requires strong sales skills as you'll be in direct contact with clients. Experience in marketing and social media is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute catering events (meetings, weddings, etc.)
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs
- Negotiate vendor contracts for cost-effective services
- Manage event budgets and expenses
- Work with the culinary team to create customized menus
- Oversee event setup and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Supervise staff to ensure smooth operations
- Address client and guest concerns professionally
- Conduct post-event evaluations for improvement

**Skills**:

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and guest service abilities
- Knowledge of hospitality trends and budgeting principles

**Qualifications**:

- Previous catering coordination experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
