**Position: Assistant Cafe Manager**

**About Us**:
Boketto Tea Bar, located in the heart of Wesgroup’s River District, is an artisanal bubble tea café renowned for serving the best Bubble tea, Liege Waffles, baked goods and Soft Serve. We take pride in providing a delightful experience to our customers through high-quality beverages and desserts.

**Job Title: Baker (Part-Time)**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leader**: Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to staff members.
- **Attention to Detail**: The role requires meticulous attention to detail in preparing baked goods and following recipes. May require trouble shooting from time to time.
- **Problem Solving**: Being able to quickly identify and address issues that arise, whether it's a customer complaint, equipment malfunction, or staffing problem.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive interaction at all times.
- **Cleanliness and Organization**: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines. This includes regular cleaning of equipment and utensils.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an assistant cafe manager
- barista or kitchen experience
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- extremely organized and excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Up to date Food Safe Level 1

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
