**II. The Position**

As a member of the project delivery team assigned to specific client projects, you will facilitate meetings and informal discussions with stakeholders to gather information and perspective. You will conduct research and analysis to support the development of process maps and business requirements. You’ll have an opportunity to contribute your product development expertise, working with product designers to ensure that we maintain a high-standard for product user experience. You will also manage project plans and will keep client stakeholders informed using professionally written project status reports.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan resources, organize and mobilize teams (including solution design, user experience, development) throughout the whole project cycle.
- Communicate directly with clients by leading meetings, administering surveys and conducting interviews.
- Conduct primary and secondary research.
- Facilitate requirement gathering and design sessions.
- Develop process flow, data flow and activity diagrams.
- Collect business, functional and technical requirements.
- Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through all active projects.
- Assess and monitor each client’s needs and expectations and create a strong link between internal project teams and client stakeholders.
- Support the development of product roadmaps.
- Work collaboratively with prospective clients to define opportunities.
- Complete analysis to validate business requirements as well as to assess the commercial viability of potential opportunities.
- Assist in scoping projects in order to define business solutions that best satisfy the clients’ needs and achieve their desired business outcomes.

Salary will be determined based on experience.
