Responsibilities:

- Delivers and/or picks up mail, documents, packages and materials
- Manage and maintain the screening process, including regular training and updating of procedures
- Tracks forwarded, lost or misdirected mail or scans
- Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of staying focused and tuning out outside distractions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Pay: $20.30-$23.50 per hour
