**POSITION**

Primary Responsibilities:

- Perform equipment installations at customer sites
- Work with customer to troubleshoot and suggest repairs to customers
- Repair equipment at customer sites when needed
- Ensure equipment uptime exceeds 99%
- Provide weekly reports of equipment issues
- Complete necessary site safety orientation and induction procedures
- Pass Site required COVID-19, Drug and Alcohol tests
- Review equipment drawings and schematics to identify details of hydraulic and electrical integration
- Communicate with customer staff to arrange equipment access and train on site technicians when needed
- Plan and execute system installation including fuel system tie-in and electrical connections.
- Perform final inspection and functional test of all equipment.
- Use a computer to perform final equipment calibration
- When not working in the field; checking on deployed equipment status, troubleshooting with customers and helping sales determine the required installation materials to be shipped to site
- Write and revise equipment installation and maintenance manuals
- Work with account managers to ensure customers needs are being met
- Be proactive in finding solutions to equipment failures and work with engineering as necessary to improve quality

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge and experience of electrical components and wiring
- Knowledge of fuel lines and hydraulic fittings
- Basic mechanic skills on heavy equipment is typically suitable
- Safety first attitude

Working Conditions:

- Frequency of travel will vary with customer activity. Typical trips will vary in length between 3 and 14 days.
- This is a full time role that requires about 25% travel but can vary depending on customer requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Industrial mechanic: 5 years (preferred)
