**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist the Fire Logistics Division to create reports and publications for internal and external clients
- Provide support to various events during the summer months, such as Emergency Preparedness Day and Firefighter Summer Camp
- Provide general support to various Divisions in their administrative duties
- Report in person to the office at 8100 Warden Ave, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Enrolled at a recognized post-secondary educational institute and returning to full time studies in the fall
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a busy team environment and deliver on schedule
- Experienced with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
- Experienced with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Computer programming skill is a plus (SQL, VBA)
