Position Responsibilities:
Leads and Develops L&D Team
- Provides coaching and leadership, and manages performance of direct reports (Learning and OD Specialists)
- Provides oversight for organization-wide learning and development programs
- Assesses, delegates and schedules learning and development requests
- Coaches and provides support to direct reports for assigned learning and development projects to ensure that client needs are met on time and on target
- Manages the relationship between the L&D Team, HR, business leaders and stakeholders to develop and execute high-quality, sustainable learning and development programs and solutions across business units, driving relevant business focused learning outcomes
- Looks for way to elevate L&D approaches and processes (Workday, ADDIE, etc.)

Manages Leadership Development Training Program
- Manages leadership development training curriculum, paths, communication, and calendar course offerings
- Assist with the design and development of leadership training courses
- Assists with facilitating leadership development training sessions
- Onboards, coaches and develops new facilitators for the leadership development training program
- Offers coaching support for leaders as required

L&D Advisor
- Recommends approaches to support the learning, growth and development of employees
- Undertakes learning needs analyses for key groups and translating needs into learning offerings and/or recommendations
- Monitoring trends in performance data regarding knowledge or skill gaps
- Where appropriate, work with third-party vendors or external institutions to bring best-in-class learning solutions to the business
- Provide guidance to Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) in the implementation of new initiatives, including the necessary tools and skills to succeed

Qualifications:

- A completed program in Adult Learning and Development
- 10+ years of progressive human resources experience including, experience in an L&D leadership role in a professional corporate environment
- Experience developing learning curriculums and facilitating leadership development training
- A passion for helping people realize their fullest potential
- Ability to lead and drive multiple competing priorities and thrive in a fast paced and complex environment
- Passionate about coaching leaders and employees displaying an enthusiastic, client-service oriented, and hands-on approach
- Clear and compelling communication style, both written and verbal
- Exceptional facilitation skills, with demonstrated ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to effectively operate autonomously and as a leader while maintaining a strong partnership approach
- Experience with content management and learning management systems (Canva, Articulate 360 and Workday)
- Excellent technical skills with superior knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Drive, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
