En tant qu'inspecteur de la qualité, vous effectuerez des inspections, des contrôles et des tests de contrôle de la qualité au cours de la fabrication des produits. Vous inspecterez les matériaux, les pièces et les produits à différents stades de la production.

**Responsabilités**:

- Approuver les matériaux entrants en confirmant les spécifications, en effectuant des tests visuels et de mesure, en rejetant et en renvoyant les matériaux inacceptables.
- Documenter avec précision les résultats des inspections et des essais en remplissant des rapports et des registres ; saisir les données dans la base de données sur la qualité.
- Maintenir tous les fichiers de documents contrôlés et les enregistrements d'essais en temps voulu et de manière précise.
Coordonner l'étalonnage de tous les équipements et montages d'essai.
- Surveiller l'équipement et les instruments critiques afin d'en assurer le bon fonctionnement et l'étalonnage.
- Participer à l'élaboration et/ou à la révision des modes opératoires normalisés pour la fonction d'inspection.
- Aider à la rédaction et à la mise à jour des procédures d'inspection, des protocoles et des listes de contrôle.
- Évaluer les problèmes et formuler des recommandations initiales en vue d'une éventuelle action corrective à l'intention du superviseur.

**Qualifications**:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou expérience équivalente.
- 2 ans d'expérience en tant qu'inspecteur de la qualité, de préférence 3 ans.
- Capacité à analyser les informations.
- Capacité à rendre compte des résultats de la recherche.
- Solides compétences en matière de documentation et d'organisation.
- Grand souci du détail.
- Solides compétences en mathématiques.
- Capacité à utiliser des équipements de mesure.
- Compétences de base en informatique.

As a Quality Inspector you will perform quality control inspections, checks, and tests during the manufacture of products. You will inspect materials, parts and products at different stages of production.

**Responsibilities**:

- Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
- Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing by completing reports and logs; input data into quality database.
- Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate calibration of all test equipment and fixtures
- Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration.
- Participate in the construction and/or revision of SOPs for the inspection function.
- Assist in the writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists.
- Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervise.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 2 years required, 3 years preferred of quality inspector experience.
- Ability to analyze information.
- Ability to report research results.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong math skills.
- Ability to use measurement equipment.
- Basic computer skills.
