**HealthOne Medical & Wellness**, conveniently located in Toronto's waterfront neighbourhood and steps away from Union station, is seeking an **Optical Sales Associate** to join our growing team

If you have exceptional communication skills and a passion for superior customer service, as well as experience in optical sales & administration, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage compassionately with our patients to ensure they feel heard, accommodated, and encounter a 5-start experience at all times.
- Expertly guide clients through the frame selection process as well as provide education on lens and eye care products within your scope.
- Assist optometrists with pre-testing and efficiently handle all desk tasks with pristine attention to detail, including but not limited to appointment scheduling, confirmations, billing & payment, data entry, etc.
- Contribute to smooth clinic flow and overall success of the business by providing reliable administrative support, adhering to policies & procedures and participating in goal achievement.
- Actively seek out opportunities to improve and expand our patients' experience in the clinic, while assisting the management team to maximize clinic performance and growth.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of optical sales & administration experience in a similar environment
- Strong client service skills, solid work ethic, impeccable organizational skills and an ability to manage competing priorities effectively while remaining efficient in your delivery
- Self starter, motivated by goals, and eager to wear multiple hats to be able to grow with us
- Ability to work weekends and evenings, based on business needs

**Nice to Have**
- Experience using a CRM/EMR, specifically Optosys software
- Post secondary education of relevant eyecare-focused program
