**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve diverse cocktails with precision and creativity.
- Execute culinary tasks with efficiency, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Attend to VLT machines, handle ticket payouts, and ensure a smooth gaming experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the bar and kitchen areas.
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold a cohesive and positive work environment.

**Additional Duties**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene if necessary to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in both bartending and cooking roles preferred.
- Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Familiarity with food service procedures and food safety regulations.
- Experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using a point-of-sale (POS) system for order processing and payment handling.
- Understanding of the food industry and different types of alcoholic beverages.
- Strong customer service skills to provide friendly and efficient service to guests.
