**Responsibilities**
- Test devices (hardware and software) and log defects
- Create and execute test plans for new features
- Verify fixes and produce reports based on the needs of the team
- Seek and provide clarity on defect and bug reports
- Review customer support requests, provide troubleshooting, and other technical support

**Required Skills**:

- Proven communication and writing skills
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Ability to find and correct inefficiencies in different processes
- Familiarity with software testing
- Must be comfortable working in VR for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with VR hardware and operating systems

**Nice to Have Skills**
- Experience with videogames and gameplay testing
- Experience in VR
- Experience with Android debugging platform
- Experience working with a variety of automated and manual testing methodologies
- Experience with commonly used test case or ticket tracking system
- Experience with customer support

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
