The Content Producer/Editor will be responsible for conceptualization and production of Vancouver Titans (Overwatch League) and Seattle Surge (Call of Duty League) content for web, social, and events with a focus on storytelling and commercialized content paired with our sponsors. This includes the producing, shooting, and editing of video content.

This role will focus on:

- Producing Titans and Surge content focused on the team and individual players
- Developing concepts, storylines, and production of content that will engage Titans and Surge fans and bring them closer to the teams
- Identifying storylines and interest points, both in
- and off-season
- Editing content including music selection and motion graphics
- Capturing and logging footage into department archive
- Managing the transcoding and posting to multiple platforms
- Working closely with Social and Digital Media Specialist to capture content for social channels
- Engaging with influencers to create co-branded content
- Directing freelance shooters when needed

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- At least two years of related experience, preferably in esports production
- Strong news judgment with ability to identify trending storylines relating to the Call of Duty League, the Overwatch League and other video game industries
- Strong and fast editing skills in both ENG and documentary style video production
- Versatile storytelling abilities with a broad range in terms of tone, voice, audiences, content, storylines, and project types
- Strong knowledge of YouTube best practices
- Experience with cameras such as Sony FS5, Canon C100, etc.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Ability to multi-task and work well under tight timelines
- Ability to travel worldwide as needed for tournaments, events, etc.
- Ability to work weekends and odd hours as required
