- Create and develop new menu items, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer preferences
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop and implement cost-effective strategies
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding food quality or service

- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably as a head chef or in a similar role
- Strong cooking skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Proficient in food preparation, including knife skills, portion control, and plating techniques
- Familiarity with bartending and beverage service is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and restaurant management principles
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
