Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader (Must have a valid drivers & clean driving abstract) and Truck & trailer experience is a must.

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Providing excellent customer service by responding to our clients inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner and reporting to your supervisor.

Keeping accurate records of your work performed including time and materials used.

Removing debris from lawns and surrounding areas using rakes, blowers, and other specified equipment.

Mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, pruning, installing mulch, sod and soil to flowerbeds and other landscape features.

Maintain and repair lawn maintenance equipment as needed.

Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in lawn maintenance and as a leader.

Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment safely and effectively.

Valid drivers license with a clean drivers abstract.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality of work.

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and supplies as needed.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work as a team.

Physical Demands:
Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold and rain.

Ability to bend, kneel and stoop.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Working Conditions:
Work is outdoors.

May be required to work the occasional weekend.

Schedule may vary depending on clients needs and weather conditions.

**Job Type**: Part to Full Time, may lead to winter work

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week

- 8-10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Landscape maintenance: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: On the road

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
