- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in using accounting software (Quick Books Online)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of payroll processes and regulations
- File government taxes PD7A, HST etc.
- Answer phone calls, direct calls to the right person, make calls to retrieve payments etc.
