Fondée à Toronto, Real Fruit Thé aux Perles s'engage depuis 2002 à rendre les boissons aux fruits frais saines et accessibles à tous. Nous avons 123 emplacements à travers le Canada et les États-Unis. En tant qu'entreprise en expansion rapide, nous voulons que vous rejoigniez notre équipe et que vous grandissiez avec nous. **Description du Poste**
Relevant du gestionnaire régional et de ses supérieurs hiérarchiques, le gestionnaire de magasin est chargé de superviser et surveiller les ventes du magasin, et de s’assurer l'attribution appropriée des horaires de travail pour le personnel du magasin. Le gestionnaire de magasin est aussi responsable de promouvoir un environnement de travail inclusif, passionné, dynamique et accueillant, et d’aider ses collègues à s’améliorer et à évoluer.
**Fonctions et responsabilités**
- Maintenir une communication fréquente et non-interrompue avec le gestionnaire régional, et s’assurer que le magasin respecte toutes les politiques et régulations de la compagnie.
- Proposer et établir des objectifs de ventes réalisables pour le magasin, encourager, inspirer et propulser vos employés à travailler collectivement pour le réaliser.
- S’assurer que tous les employés se conforment aux standards d'opérations de la compagnie, et que les politiques du magasin concernant la salubrité et les réglementations en matière d'hygiène soient strictement suivies et appliquées.
- Former, superviser et discipliner les employés sur le fonctionnement, et fournir des commentaires pour l’amélioration.
- Favoriser un environnement accueillant et énergique qui incorpore la vision et la pensée de Real Fruit Bubble Tea.
- Démontrer un service à la clientèle exceptionnel, et une compétence supérieure à faire les suivies avec les clients ou les clients potentiels.
- Aider dans les opérations en magasin, en préparant les ingrédients, maintenir l’inventaire, et s’assurer de la propreté du magasin, et toutes autres tâches reliées.
- S’assurer que tous les partenaires travaillent en sécurité et en se conformant aux normes de la CNESST.

**Qualifications du Candidat Retenu**
- Au moins 3 années d’expérience en tant que gestionnaire de magasin, ou au moins 5 ans d’expérience de travail dans l’industrie de la restauration
- Maîtrise de la langue anglaise, avec de fortes compétences en communication orale et écrite
- Excellentes compétences en leadership et en relations interpersonnelles
- Excellentes compétences en multitask et capacité à accomplir des tâches efficacement sous pression
- Compétences exceptionnelles en service client et posséder une excellente communication
- Haut niveau de compétences organisationnelles
- Capacité à mettre en oeuvre efficacement les politiques et procédures de RFBT
