Inventory Management Associate will assist the Purchasing Manager with daily tasks, including but not limited to:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Receive Inventory - quantities, lot number entry
- Update POs with vendor feedback
- Release backorders based on received Inventory
- Create Part Numbers, entering all significant data
- Update Inventory with Changes, Costs, Sell Price, Discontinuation or Substitutions
- Adjust inventory order quantities based on sell trends
- Adjust inventory order quantities based on new incoming business
- Provide info to Warehouse for Counts required
- Provide info to Warehouse for Label Reviews required
- Provide direction to Warehouse for shipping direction, pallets or courier
- Provide support to Customer Service based on incoming goods and orders to be held
- Performs other related duties as necessary to meet ongoing needs of organization
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a minimum high school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years experience in a related field/job function
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams)
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Effective problem solving, critical thinking and multi-tasking skills
- Ability of organize and prioritize workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices

**Requirements**:

- Must have own reliable transportation
- Must be able to work weekdays from 8:30-4:30

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
