**Warman Home Centre LP is an industry leading integrated home construction, manufacturing and retail operation. We are currently seeking to fill the position of Admin Assistant/Receptionist from May 16 - August 31, 2024, located in Warman.**

**Key responsibilities include**:
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Administrative Assistant is part of a larger administrative team responsible for the efficient day to day operations of Warman Home Centre LP. This temporary position will work Tuesday to Saturday 10am-2pm. This would be a great opportunity for a post-secondary student looking to gain experience.

**Specific duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Coverage for answering multiline phone system
- Assist with inventory product receiving data entry
- Assist with accounts payable entry, filing and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Vacation coverage as needed
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned

**Key Tasks**:

- Strong organizational and customer service skills with a positive attitude,
experience using a multi phone line system would be an asset
- Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive and friendly disposition
- Ability to work well with others
- Skill set to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking under mínimal supervision

**The successful individual will have the following qualifications**:
Student in a recognized administrative/accounting program an asset or prior experience

Strong computer (MS Office - Excel) skills
