As a customer experience advocate, your day-to-day tasks would involve helping clients with their orders, ensuring their problems are resolved efficiently & providing overall technical support about our products. All in all, we want our customers to feel like they are listened to & taken care of.

We offer a base salary of $27/h - 30$/h, with performance bonuses, great perspectives for raises over the years & a passionate team for you to work with Work is part in-person, part remote.

**The main responsibilities for the position are as follows**:

- Answer inbound calls about client's issues & order processing/tracking status.
- Provide answers to assembly related questions
- Help customers resolve issues related to their orders (missing, damaged or defective part and send them to the right resource for their technical problems if needed.
- Customer retention, processing returns, issuing refunds.
- Placing new orders into the inventory system.
- Communicating all delivery details to customers so that they are well informed and know what to expect of the delivery.
- Reacting fast & intelligently to unforeseen shipping events/problems and ensuring prompt problem resolution.
- Gathering customer feedback on a regular basis to ensure we provide world class customer service. Making sure clients are satisfied and happy with their products & customer service we offer.

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$62,400.00 per year
