Our head office being located in Boucherville, on the South Shore of Montreal, we know that some of our employees are concerned by the roadwork being carried out in the Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine tunnel. **Our expectations**:
The Manager, Brand Advocate will report directly to the VP, Omnichannel and be responsible for launching and growing the Brand Advocate program for Lowe’s Canada.

The Manager ensures that new and promotional items are optimized and offers support when suppliers need help with online/system troubleshooting. This role is also responsible for understanding customer behaviour, building strategic plans, and leading presentations with suppliers and merchandising partners to gain alignment on planned initiatives. They will support omnichannel retail strategies and partner with cross-functional leadership to identify process improvement opportunities to optimize effectiveness leading to brand renewal and growth.

A key expectation will be for the person to build and lead a team of direct reports and to be responsible for inspiring, managing, and developing team members. This will be a key member of the online leadership team with the ability to impact online performance materially.

**Your role**:

- Analyze customer behaviour and pain points to identify opportunities to improve online experience and conversion
- Guide Search Engine Optimization (SEO) keyword analysis and update online content to drive traffic
- Complete root cause analysis on key performance indicators
- Develop and maintain relationships with brand leadership teams and cross-functional partners
- Align on common business goals and execute merchandising strategies
- Build and lead complex presentations with suppliers and merchants to gain alignment on strategic plans
- Lead creation of project plans and align with merchandising and suppliers to drive execution
- Build system knowledge and expertise by participating in training classes and executing project work
- Lead and guide direct reports
- Inspire, manage, and develop team members
- Produce and oversee creation of online analytics and reporting for suppliers
- Complete and oversee content enrichment for supplier items (incl. item content, reviews, Q&A)
