Cloud Gymnastics is looking for enthusiastic individuals with experience working with preschoolers and children up to 12 years old in an instructional sports setting. While gymnastics experience is not mandatory, a background in sports coaching and a genuine passion for sports are essential. If you have participated in sports yourself and love spending time with kids, this could be the perfect fit

**Who We're Looking For**:

- **Experienced Coaches**: Individuals who have experience working with young children (ages 1-12) in a coaching or instructional role.
- **Sports Enthusiasts**: Those who are passionate about sports and eager to inspire that love in children.
- **Committed Professionals**: We are seeking individuals who want to build a long-term career with us. We're ready to invest in your growth and development, and we hope you'll be with us for more than just 6-12 months.
- **Availability**: Must be available on **Saturdays** and **Tuesdays/Thursdays**, including after-school hours (3:30 pm onwards) and evenings.
- **Versatile Instructors**: Willingness to coach preschoolers and beginner-level gymnastics up to 12-year-olds.

**About Our Programs**:
We offer exclusive preschool and recreational programs that lay the foundation for our athletes to progress to more advanced levels. Incorporating the "New Gymnastics Culture," we focus on safe, progressive, and developmentally appropriate training methods.
- **"Mini Clouds"**: Designed for preschool-aged children, focusing on developing fundamental movement skills and coordination.
- **"Silver Clouds"**: Helps school-aged children achieve success and progress in our gymnastics curriculum.
- **"Thunderclouds"**: Our newly launched Development Program with athletes working towards competitions.

**Expected Duties**:

- **Coach Young Athletes**: Instruct children aged 1 to 12 in gymnastics-related activities.
- **Engaging Instruction**: Deliver lesson plans in a fun, enthusiastic, and engaging manner.
- **Effective Communication**: Interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- **Continuous Learning**: Maintain a lifelong learning attitude, open to ongoing training and development.

**Your Qualifications**:

- **Passion for Children and Sports**: A genuine desire to work with kids and inspire them through sports.
- **Experience Preferred**: Prior experience working with children in a coaching or instructional capacity is preferred.
- **Clean Record**: A clean criminal record check is mandatory.
- **First Aid Certified**: First Aid and CPR certification (we can assist if you need to obtain this).
