**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel valued and attended to throughout their visit.
- Manage spa reservations, including scheduling appointments, confirming bookings, and handling cancellations or modifications.
- Coordinate with spa therapists and staff to ensure efficient service delivery and timely appointments.
- Provide detailed information about spa services, packages, and amenities to guests, helping them make informed decisions.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception and guest areas, creating an inviting environment for relaxation.
- Collaborate with the spa management team to develop and implement strategies for enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in promoting spa offerings, special promotions, and events to drive revenue and attract new clientele.
- Uphold the spa's standards of excellence in service delivery, professionalism, and hospitality at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a guest service or hospitality role, preferably within a spa or wellness environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in spa management software or reservation systems is desirable.
- Passion for wellness and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 19 - 35 per week
