Bravo Hearing Centre is seeking a Polish speaking, energetic, highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service as a FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATOR
The position is perfect for an individual with administrative skills, natural people skills and a keen sense of attention to detail. The position involves phone management, scheduling, confirming appointments, responding to patient inquiries regarding our services, as well as invoicing, taking payments, shipping and receiving.
Good working knowledge of common office software is needed.
Good verbal communication skills in Polish are required.
Good verbal communication as well as written skills in English are also required.
Previous experience working in a medical practice beneficial, but not necessary, as we will provide training.
