Based in Toronto, ON THE RECORD Minutes is a trusted name for condominium meeting minute services. With a focus on accuracy, swift turnaround, and compliance, we ensure top-tier results for our clients at competitive rates.

**Job Benefits & Compensation**
- **No re-writing**: No need for post-meeting re-writing. We ask that you provide rough but comprehensible notes in the final format/structure. We do the re-writing.
- **Transparency on Time Commitment**: We uphold transparency regarding the hours you work and bill - no surprises. _**Minimum pay rate for in-person meetings is $100 for the first two hours. **_When meetings extend **beyond 2 hours**, you will be compensated **$30/hour**.
- **Full Support**: Receive introductory training and ongoing assistance to excel in your role.

**Responsibilities**:
As part of our team, your key duties will be:

- **Attendance**: Be present at Board Meetings, AGMs, and other events.
- **Transcription**: Capture proceedings with accuracy and clarity.
- **Timely Delivery**: Submit notes within the required window.
- **Adaptability**: Manage unexpected schedule changes.

This position is ideal for experienced minute takers and in some cases, other individuals with strong English writing skills. Also great for for full-time professionals exploring avenues to supplement their income. You will be asked to attend between **1 to 5 meetings per month.**

ON THE RECORD Minutes offers competitive compensation and vouch for our team by providing solid references to assist in future endeavors. While not mandatory, having access to a vehicle will be considered a valuable asset.

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Casual, Freelance

**Salary**: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week
